Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Jewelique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
For damaged shipments, we recommend contacting us within 72 hours of delivery and including photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
